
About Course
The course consists of 7 different workouts (you can alternate and do them in any order), each of which is divided into parts. After these workouts, you will feel completely different, as if you are in a different body. There will be lightness, cheerfulness, a pleasant feeling of your muscles, as well as a positive attitude. Classes are suitable for people of any age and gender. For the first few days of training, you can reduce the load by reducing the number of repetitions.
