
About Course
This is a comprehensive system of training and recommendations on nutrition, movement, daily routine and thinking, using which you are guaranteed to lose up to 20 cm (in total), doing just 30 minutes a day, for 30 days. And special functional exercises involve all the muscles of the body and effectively work the muscle corset, forming a beautiful, toned figure.
