About Course

My author’s course consists of workouts that contain the best proven exercises for health, plasticity, strength and vitality of the body. The course contains practical exercises in video format with explanations and detailed instructions. The complexes are also suitable for morning or evening exercises. Suitable for beginner to intermediate levels of physical fitness. The training excludes sudden jumps, fast rhythm of exercises, strong power loads or deep stretching. We pay special attention to comfortable performance of the exercises and follow the instructions, but we also move according to our sensations in the body, since they are individual for everyone.
