The
course introduces students to the peculiarities of coaching, the range of
coaching competencies, principles of interaction with clients, coaching
models and tools. The models and tools are accompanied by examples of
successful coaching sessions and case studies, which gives listeners the
opportunity to familiarize themselves with the practical side of coaching and
gain knowledge for independent practice in the future. The course consists of three blocks divided into 6 lectures, during which the coachee's personality and coaching interaction, the tools of the life balance wheel, SMART, GROW models, STEPPA, OSCAR, and others are discussed in detail. Strategic management tools and AGILE are also covered in the course to enhance coaching competencies. Coaching offers the opportunity to be applied in many areas and will definitely be an asset in the compeetence for psychologists, counselors, trainers, speakers, education and training professionals, managers, HR specialists.
