
About Course
The course consists of 4 blocks of classes: warm-up, arm workout, leg workout, whole body workout. The course is designed in such a way that you can train at any time and anywhere: in an apartment, hotel room, on the street, in the gym, anywhere. All you need is yourself, 12-20 minutes of free time and a few square meters of flat flooring! 16 minutes is a workout without a warm-up program, 25-30 minutes including a warm-up. You can choose for yourself how to perform this program.
