Warm-up is the most important part of training. By properly preparing your body for stress, you reduce the risk of injury and increase the effectiveness of your workout. Warming up, stretching, muscle activation – you will learn about all the components of a warm-up. For all this you will need from 5 to 20 minutes, depending on the selected elements. An organized approach to warming up will help you structure your workout correctly and fit in the required time. To use the material you do not need to have any sports experience – the course is suitable for anyone. Videos with exercise demonstrations and explanations can be immediately used in your preparation.
