About Course
In this course we will look at how modern business models structure their business and what IT solutions they use. To do this, we will analyze a matrix in which we will correlate the main business models and the SOSCTAC management algorithm with some additions, i.e. Let’s understand how modern business models: 1. Conduct an analysis of their activities. 2. Define goals. 3. Developing strategy and tactics. 4. Implement tactics and organize teamwork. 5. Exercise control. 6. Optimize and improve their business.
