This course will present 12 practical lessons that will alternate by muscle groups, namely: legs, upper shoulder girdle, abs, endurance and coordination. Even though during the training I specify the exact number of repetitions, you should still listen to yourself and do as much as you feel comfortable with. Let’s talk about the frequency of classes, if you want to start a training course with a long pause in training, then my advice is to rest between classes for 2-3 days, while listening to your body and depending on how you feel, reduce the duration of the rest or, on the contrary, increase it. If you are a trained person and are exercising regularly at this time, then you can do the workouts every day.
