
About Course
You get a plan of 30 exclusive workout videos designed to increase your workload. You will need only 30 minutes a day for a workout with a warm-up, cool-down and the workout itself. All workouts will be done with your own weight. No special equipment is required to perform the workout; you can do it anytime and anywhere during the day. All workouts are performed by the author from beginning to end, with a clear explanation of the movement technique, an emphasis on mistakes that should not be made, and an explanation of breathing.
