
About Course
The course consists of 4 blocks of classes: warm-up, arm workout, leg workout, whole body workout. The course is designed in such a way that you can train at any time and anywhere: in an apartment, hotel room, on the street, in the gym, anywhere. All you need is yourself, 12-20 minutes of free time and a few square meters of flat flooring! Since you use your own bodyweight for all of the exercises in the course, you won’t have to worry too much about injury or overtraining.
