I am glad to welcome you to my guide course “Direction of Mastery”. I tried a lot on myself and managed to come up with a working formula that will help you transform yourself without harm to your health!!! The course is designed for beginners, those who have never done strength exercises before. The program is compiled using basic equipment such as dumbbells (water bottles) and an elastic band, even one medium load will be enough, and if you have a fitness mat, you can use it. My big goal is to teach exercise technique and the ability to listen to your body during the course. Each workout is varied and contains interesting and effective exercises.
