People just embarking on the path of a healthy, balanced diet often face problems – what to eat? What is generally possible, what is useful, what is harmful? How to balance meals so that they can truly be called healthy? Which foods are included in the list of that very balanced diet, and which are vitally important to exclude? If you are asking yourself the same questions, this course is for you! I have been dealing with the topic of nutrition, diet and menu for 3 years now, in particular with the children’s diet (and for more than 6 years with the topic of health in general). Because it all started with me and my children, our family problems with nutrition and health.
Over these 3 years, I tried a bunch of products, recipes, listened to hundreds of hours of lectures about the benefits and harms of certain foods, about the connection between nutrition and health, to complete the picture, I received a diploma as a pediatric nutritionist and, finally, I brought my family’s menu to the most healthy and balanced possible. In these videos I offer a healthy diet constructor – one of the simplest and most understandable ways to create a balanced diet. This method does not use scales, grams, there are no rigid menus or a specific calorie level at which you will starve. No! This method involves getting to know your body, learning your norms through creating a complete and healthy diet yourself.
