About Course

You want to develop strength and endurance, strengthen the muscles throughout your body and lose excess weight. Don’t have enough time to go to the gym regularly? Working with weights gives a powerful cardio and power load at the same time. 15 minutes of training with weights is equivalent to 20 minutes of jogging + 20 minutes of strength training with a barbell or dumbbells. This course includes 5 15-minute training complexes specially designed for beginners and a system for tracking personal achievements. The exercises are presented from simple to complex, so that your body gradually becomes stronger and prepares for the technical performance of classic kettlebell lifting exercises – the clean and jerk. The most difficult exercises are explained in detail. Consider that you have come to a personal trainer in the gym. There is a minimum of words and theory. You came to study, and you have only 15 minutes.
